Brooklyn History Fair set for Nov. 5

The Brooklyn History Fair, sponsored by Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz and Brooklyn Borough Historian Ron Schweiger, and hosted by the Friends of Historic New Utrecht, will take place on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the New Utrecht Reformed Church Parish House, located at 18th Ave. and 84th St. Exhibitors from historic sites and organizations, authors and historians, with displays of historic materials and memorabilia covering Brooklyn from Williamsburg to Canarsie, Weeksville to Bay Ridge. Admission is free.

As an added attraction, please visit the historic New Utrecht Reformed Church Cemetery (Entrance 85th Street, east of 16th Avenue) from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM; a guided tour will take place at 2:00 PM.
